Afiru is a platform for discovering software applications and connecting users with downloadable offerings via listings hosted on afiru.com. The following Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site and any associated services (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use immediately.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, reproduce, or create derivative works from any Afiru Content without prior written consent. User-generated content submitted through the Site remains your property, but you grant Afiru a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content as necessary to provide and promote the Services, consistent with our Privacy Policy. You must not obscure, remove, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other notices appearing on the Site.

Third-Party Links and App Listings

The Site functions as a gateway to third-party applications hosted on external platforms such as Google Play. Afiru does not host, develop, control, or guarantee the apps themselves. The availability, content, safety, and privacy practices of these third-party apps are governed by their respective developers and by Google Play's terms and policies. Clicking a link to an app will direct you to a platform outside Afiru’s control, and any transactions or interactions there are solely between you and the applicable third party. Disclaimer of Warranties

Afiru disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation. Limitation of Liability
